1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including beauty products that have been opened or used. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific order.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@dollfix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping fees.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for support.
